Return Policy:

    At Metro Swim Shop we want you to be fully satisfied with you purchase. Please follow the following instructions:

Once the suit has been used in the water, we "can not" take it back for return or exchange.

  • All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the original date on the invoice.  
  • All items must be returned with tags attached and in original packaging  with in 30 days of receipt shipment dates with “Tag” and “Box” in most cases. Package return after 30 days will be a 15% restocking fee on the item.
  • All items return must in the original condition when received; otherwise it will be a 15% off restocking fee charge on the item.
  • Once the product has been used in the water, we cannot take it back for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees on the original purchase are nor refundable. (NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR MONOGRAM OR CUSTOM ITEMS - Backpacks, Parkas, Suits, Caps, Etc.)     
  • Please send back the merchandise with its invoice/packing slip to 1221 Valley Rd, Stirling, NJ 07980.
  • Indicate what you are mailing back and that you are requesting a refund
  • Refund requests are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the product back
  • Beginning January 1, 2019 Metro Swim Shop can no longer accept returns for defective Speedo suits.  Defective suits must be returned directly to Speedo; they can be contacted at www.speedousa.com or 800-547-8770.  Metro Swim Shop cannot allow any exceptions to this new policy. 


 Exchange Policy:
    To make an exchange please follow the instructions below:
  • Indicate on the invoice what you would like to exchange the returned item/s for. Specifying color, size, and quantity
  • All items returned must have tags attached and in the original packaging and condition.
  • Please include product codes to ensure the correct product is sent back to you and to speed up the exchange process.
  • There is a $4.50 shipping and handling fee for exchanges which can be included in a check or requested to be charged to the card on the order.
  • Once the suit has been used in the water, we "can not" take it back for return or exchange.

  • Items can be returned with in 30 days of receipt of shipment in the original condition with "Tag" and Box in most cases, after 30 days, it will be a 15% restocking fee of the item.

  • Item return must in the original condition when received, otherwise it will be a 15% restocking fee of the item.

  •  Item return must with "tag" or box. If not, it will be a 15% restocking fee of the item. 

  • Tech Suit Return & Exchange Policy:

    Metro Swim Shop will allow technical suits back for return or exchange only if they are received back in our facility within 30 days of the order receipt date by the customer.  Returns received by Metro Swim Shop beyond that date will not be allowed.  Returned suits must be returned in original unworn condition with the suit box and with the hang tags attached.  Suits that are returned that are not in this condition will be refused for return or exchange.  
    *Technical suits may be returned for exchange for size or color within the same price range as the original order.
     

 
For Customer Credits (Refunds to Credit Cards): please note that all return requests for a refund are at the discretion of the returns department.  If there is a change in your credit card information from the time of purchase to the time of return there will be a refund check issued.

 

CHAMPIONSHIP SUIT Return Policy: 
  • CHAMPIONSHIP suits can be returned for EXCHANGE OR REFUND only if the suits are returned in the original condition.
  • Suits must be returned with the original packaging, tags attached and returned in the condition it was received.
  • Any suit that is not returned in the condition it was sent will be returned to the customer.

Defective Policy:
  •    Any defective items must be sent back to Metro Swim Shop before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. 
  • If item is defective, Metro Swim Shop will email you a  prepaid return shipping label and replace item at no cost to the customer. 
  • If a customer needs to replace an item quickly, he/she will have to place a brand new order and will be credited for the returned defective item in full once the item is indeed determined by Metro Swim Shop to be defective.

Backorder Policy:
   Any item not available at the time of purchase may be put on backorder without notifying customer.  However, we will contact customer directly when expedited shipping has been requested.
