Standard shipping: We ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United parcel Service. Please allow 4-6 Business Days for items shipped either USPS or UPS Ground. Shipping for pool equipment will also vary with size, weight, method of transportation and distance when selecting standard shipping.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (UPS) ADVISORY:
When using expedited shipping; please be advised that UPS DOES NOT consider the weekend as travel days. This is especially important when you choose expedited shipping. When you choose ups 3-day Select, or 2-day air, on a Friday, your package will sit over the weekend at a UPS transfer station until Monday. Example: a package ship using 3-day Select shipping Monday will arrive to you on Thursday, a package that ships on Friday using 3-day Select will arrive that Wednesday.

CHAMPIONSHIP / TECHNICAL SUIT Return Policy:
CHAMPIONSHIP suits can be returned for EXCHANGE OR REFUND only if the suits are returned in the original condition.
Any suit that is not returned in the condition it was sent will be returned to the customer.

NOTE: Some Items are directly shipped from the manufacturer. DO NOT RETURN TO THE MANUFACTURER. This will delay processing of your return/exchange for the manufacturer must then return the item to Metro Swim Shop for inspection.
If you are exchanging for a different suit, size/color please indicate the appropriate information need. Also please enclose $3.50 check or cash for the shipping fee, or you may note you would like the amount charged on to your credit card.
• All items must be returned with tags attached and in original packaging with in 30 days of receipt shipment dates with “Tag” and “Box” in most cases. Package return after 30 days will be a 15% restocking fee on the item.
• All items return must in the original condition when received; otherwise it will be a 15% off restocking fee charge on the item.
• Once the product has been used in the water, we cannot take it back for return or exchange.
• Shipping fees on the original purchase are nor refundable. (NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR MONOGRAM OR CUSTOM ITEMS - Backpacks, Parkas, Suits, Caps, Etc.)

• Refund requests are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the product back
To make an exchange please follow the instructions below:
• Indicate on the invoice what you would like to exchange the returned item/s for. Specifying color, size, and quantity
• All items returned must have tags attached and in the original packaging and condition.
• Please include product codes to ensure the correct product is sent back to you and to speed up the exchange process.
• There is a $3.50 shipping and handling fee for exchanges which can be included in a check or requested to be charged to the card on the order.
For Customer Credits (Refunds to Credit Cards): please note that all return requests for a refund are at the discretion of the returns department. Returns that are not returned in its original condition and packaging are subject to a standard 10% restocking fee.
